Not only have I had to argue with Azoza to refund me according to my insurance policy schedule, when THEIR service provider couldnt attend to a home emergency, they have now sent an email with a payment advice and the money is clearly NOT in my bank account. I am going to have to open a case of ***** as when trying to call the offices everyone is perpetually in meetings and not one staff member can assist. Shocked beyond belief. Time to find a new insurer.

I have had a few claims attended to through Azoza, where our company was referred by insurance. Based on our experience as a client, their service has been exceptional. The service providers on their panel who were sent out to assist were professional and efficient. They clearly explained what was and wasn’t covered, maintained open communication throughout the process, and followed up regularly. We were always kept updated and informed, and the turnaround time was brilliant, especially considering the time constraints and challenges that can arise with emergency situations. In addition to being a client, we are also proud to serve as a service provider on the Azoza panel. From this perspective, we have experienced their strong support structure and professional management firsthand. Their backup and support departments are always available to assist us in helping clients as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring that quality workmanship is delivered. We have been a service provider for Azoza, previously known as Europe Assistance, for more than 20 years. This is one of the worsed insurance companies to work for as a service provider. This company owes me money for jobs thats finish having issues to pay me my outstanding money. Sp manager removes me from there panel with no valid reason i have a contract which was signed but they not following there procedures according what i read and signed they never followed so i will be in court with them soon.

Id like to point out a specific Agent.... she is the most unprofessional and most unfriendly agent your company ever hired as a Travel Assistance Administrator... I had to cancel my trip due to my father passing away. She had no empathy at all. Didnt not even bother to contact me telephonically, only if I did. She did not explain that I had 3 other people with me who had to cancel their trip, that I had to have 2 other claim/ref numbers ... she just expected documents. Then she didnt follow up when I explained to her that I was awaiting documents from the travel agent. She didnt take my situation into account, she didnt bother at all if certain documents were not there. She didnt take the situation with gentleness. She didnt even bother at all. All she wanted was in the list and that was it. Then when I did eventually get certain documents all she said was sorry I missed the deadline and the claim was no longer valid. Like what the hell? Your robot like skills and communication is pathetic. Youre lack of empathy is non existent, your assistance was nowhere to be seen. Please do not call yourself a travel assistance administrator when you are nowhere an assistant.. oh when I did eventually contact her in Dec she seemed to be very irritated and rude.. like I was bothering her then she stated oh well my claim woukd be handed over to the underwriters, why ? Cause she probably didnt want to deal with my claim. So I plead with to assist me with my claim, this is why we take travel insurance.
