The company's payroll is not willing to assist with the correct directive lump sum tax number they incorrectly submitted to SARS. Sent numerous emails to Sheila from payroll without any response. Went to the company's office as well, without getting any assistance. I have now resorted to the SARS Ombudsman, I hope they deal with them accordingly.😡

Concern: Please kindly note that I opened a Woolworths account @ Maponya Mall, that was two months ago. Ever since then i've been awaiting my store card. I was given a temporary card, however I am refused to make purchases now because the Temp. card has expired. I was advised I cannot get another Temp. card, i'll have to wait for my store card. But how long should I keep on waiting for Woolworths, because i'm sitting with a up do date account but i cannot use it. I am very disappointed with you guys.
