Big ****, can't withdraw
Supabets is a ****, they will allow you to play and load voucher but they will never allow you to withdraw. Been trying to withdraw for almost two weeks and it always comes back as "The reason for the failure is: Rejected due to business rules not being met.", My fica documents have been verified and the agents keep escalating my issue with no change. We all can't be complaining about the same thing, please do better and allow us to withdraw our winnings.

Upon reviewing your account, we note that your last deposit was made in 2023. Due to newly implemented Terms and Conditions introduced after that period, certain system validations were applied during your withdrawal attempt. Unfortunately, the system was unable to correctly align your balance with the updated business rules, which resulted in the automatic reversal message:
"Rejected due to business rules not being met."
This was a system-related rule application issue and not a refusal to pay legitimate funds.
