Poor quality Products
poor quality Products (Geyser) and every excuse not to honor guarantee/warranty of 5 yrs

18 Feb 2026, 14:52Installed a supahot 150lt geyser in October 2024. The solar port rusted away and started leaking. after they could not find any issues with installation they void the guarantee on water isolation valve by stating its not a 2 way valve of which the purpose is the same as a one way valve. When asked can that valve cause the geyser to rust the supplier was unable to answer the question however insists its the reason to void the guarantee. The worst supplier ever and its my 3rd time now.
