POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thank you for the most unpleasant shopping expierence at your store today . The unproffesionalism and poor customer service I received from Eugene the (director) manager at at the till points today . From a bad attitude , unfriendly behaviour towards your customer and ignoring customer rights ... Please make sure your prices are correct on the shelves and not old prices . Where you refuse to give “The price you see is the price you pay” And making your own rules ...by demanding the customer to pay full price , because you are behind with your store's price changes . Please go and read The Customer Protection Act !!!
