Horrible Service & Insults

<p>We went to suberb to try and get replacement Software since our shop's computer crashed. At first we were ignored for 45 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. <br /><br />When asked a question on uploading stock data sheets, the manager clearly told a worker there to deal with us, as he refused to deal with illiterate people. <br /><br />The Point of Sale software itself is old and not very user-friendly, and the help files that come with do not provide enough information to easily understand the functionality. The peripherals that come with (barcode scanner, printer) are extremely overpriced as well. <br /><br />Combined with the above terrible service, means that this place should be avoided at all costs.</p>
