Delayed delivery
Placed an order in March and I have waited for my order since then. I contacted them few days after my expected delivery, and since then they are taking me back and forth. The driver came to my house and states that he doesn’t remember delivering around my area on that day but the tracking coordinates say otherwise. What puzzles me is that on the day of the “delivery “ I was home all day long.

20 May 2026, 19:30I then called Superbalist several times, and each time I they said they have escalated the matter to the branch. Last week Friday, Ashla from Superbalist sent me an email with a signature of a person who signed/ received my order. I sent her an email with my ID to prove that the signature is not mine.
