I love using this establishment. Bruce the owner makes me laugh, I sit and have a coffee at Mugg & Bean while my car is washed and the staff and clientele look out for each others safety.

****ed!! 4months ago i took my car for a wash, they scratched it so bad and told me they will put polish to cover them which didnt help ,2months ago i took it back to them again for a wash they broke the pin to adjust the side mirror, but i told my self i wont report it they might think i am being a hard customer although i wasn't happy,2 days ago i took it for a wash here is a problem they broke the cover for my speaker for the back seat and they denying this the guys who washed my car say the car was like that when it came to them looooool and funny enough all of them there knows about this accept for the manager but how would they all know that my car was missing the cover for the speaker unless if they just covering for one another, the worse part is around the speaker it a bit dusty and where the cover came out it clean and fresh you can clear see that something just came off ,i just need the cover for the speaker the car looks ugly inside and i drive my car alone so for them to deny this it appalling and it the 3rd time now ,i was told earlier today they will speak to the owner and let me know but till now nothing !!! and trust me when they say dont care talking to them it a waste of time

Dear All<br> 23 October 2015 is the saddest day of my life my life as my car was stolen at Supercharge Car Wash At the Woodemad Mall on Woodmead drive. I left my car on 23 October 2015 to be washed at Supercharge Car Wash I paid R80 for my car to be washed & left the keys. I was given a green tag so that when I come & collect my car I can hand over the green tag to collect my car. To my shock & terror when I returned 2 hours later to pick up my car no one knew where my car was as one of the guys who was washing my car, gave my keys away to some unidentified individuals. Please note that I cry daily & I have been under major stress & depression since my car was stolen from Supercharge Car Wash. The owner who is Bruce Curtis did not once call me to find out how I am doing at all. I want to tell the whole of Johannesburg & South Africa never ever to take their cars for a car wash at Supercharge Carwash As my car was stolen from that unrealiable carwash & I have not got any compensation from the carwash. Please I advice all my family members & relatives & friends never ever to take their car was to this car wash.
