Bad service at Huurkor and Nicol Jacob’s gives bad service. I had to unfairly pay R1400 Legal fees without proper process being followed by Huurkor & had to pay R200 for a message that was sent by Huurkor that is not in the rules.
Please note that Huurkor charges unfair fees when they are following up on payment of levies without giving a chance to arrange repayments. I got charged as follows : (1.) R700 for a letter from the lawyers (2.) R200 for sending an email to ask for payment This is unfair and when I try to tell the portfolio manager Nicol Jacobs it always falls on deaf ears.

I am just sending this email to share my extreme disappointment, dissatisfaction and sadness at the poor service and experience that I have experienced and received from Thando Shabangu who is an ABSA consultant at the Grove Mall Branch this is with regards to my personal loan application of on Wednesday 13 September 2023. Thando Shabangu mentioned to me that she has completed the loan application and the only thing that is required is for ABSA ***** to call me in the next 24 – 48 hours from my application on Wednesday and that when I receive the call, the only thing that I needed to do is come back to her on Friday 15 September 2023 so that she can make the payment. I am also surprised that Thando told me that she completed the application without asking me my monthly expenses and Thando made me wait a long time. Thando Shabangu did not even call me on Friday to follow up with me. I really needed that money. I will make sure that I make my experience known with the ABSA Bank The Grove about the service that you gave me. Thando I will also make sure that I share this feedback on Hellopeter platform and you ABSA head office. Once again, Thandoservice is extremely poor and I will come into the Branch tomorrow 18 September to tell your management team about your poor service and experience that you gave me.
I would just like to really compliment the great and professional service that I got from Mit Mak Motors in Pretoria North, especially my sales executive Brain Mokoena!! From the first day I came into test drive my vehicle, to the paperwork & the friendly staff. Even on the day that I received my vehicle it was well presented to me & the food & beverages that were shared with me are great. I would recommend Mit Mak Motors to anyone that is looking to purchase a quality vehicle. Once again many many thanks to Brian Mokoena!!!
Good-Day All I have to complain about the bad service that I got from the store manager of Ultra Liquors Meyerspark in Pretoria, his name is Vincent Nkuna. He really gave me such bad service that I actually had to leave the store & the products I wanted to purchase. He did not even apologise & he demanded that I apologise. He said to me that I can put in a complaint as he is used to it. I think it was extremely unprofessional by him & he really did your brand an injustice as I am a regular & loyal customer. I have been a loyal Woolworths customer for years. I have an account with them with a limit of R6000. At the beginning of January 2020, I had an opening balance of R4969 & before 25 January 2020, I spent about an additional R1800. On 25 January 2020 I made a payment of R3000. On 10 February I got the following 3 charges from Woolworths that I am not actually aware of: (1) Monthly account fee of R25 (2) Interest of 23,75% of R137 (3) Comprehensive Insurance R32 On 24 February I went to Woolworths at the Grove to pay my account but I inquired first & I got tole that my account is at a balance of R6777. This did not make sense as my limit is R6000. I called customer care (head office) & the consultant (Christian) told me that the account looks incorrect & that the calculation is wrong & that he will escalate the matter & that he will call me back at 16:00. He gave me the following reference number 649912515. Christian did not call me back even after I told him my serious concern that I'm afraid that my card could be used fraudulently. I am extremely worried & dissapionted in the service I got from Woolworths & I am considering just closing my account with them. You can check my credit history with them as I have been really good & loyal to them.
My name is Mape Modiba from South Africa & that I ordered TMT Caps from Las Vegas on 18 September 2017 & Today its 29 September 2017 & I have not received my Caps I am extremely disappointed & I am so sad at the service that I have received from USPS (United States Postal Service). Its very bad service as I cant even track my goods.
Dear All<br> 23 October 2015 is the saddest day of my life my life as my car was stolen at Supercharge Car Wash At the Woodemad Mall on Woodmead drive. I left my car on 23 October 2015 to be washed at Supercharge Car Wash I paid R80 for my car to be washed & left the keys. I was given a green tag so that when I come & collect my car I can hand over the green tag to collect my car. To my shock & terror when I returned 2 hours later to pick up my car no one knew where my car was as one of the guys who was washing my car, gave my keys away to some unidentified individuals. Please note that I cry daily & I have been under major stress & depression since my car was stolen from Supercharge Car Wash. The owner who is Bruce Curtis did not once call me to find out how I am doing at all. I want to tell the whole of Johannesburg & South Africa never ever to take their cars for a car wash at Supercharge Carwash As my car was stolen from that unrealiable carwash & I have not got any compensation from the carwash. Please I advice all my family members & relatives & friends never ever to take their car was to this car wash.
Dear All<br> Auto & General is the worst insurance company in the world. I want to let the whole world,my family, my friends & just everyone. The service is appalling & its been 4 long hard months that I have been back & forth with auto & general. In November they said that they will settle my claim, then later Farouk Davids (Auto & General) tells me that my insurance claim has been rejected. I Too them on head to head. 3 months later on 13 January 2015 they call me to tell me that they will make a partial payment. 2 days later they say that they have to subtract a further R40,000 from the payment. It has been the worst period in my life & my family has been going through a bad time because of auto & general. My Mother & Dad have even fallen ill & sick because of these emotions that auto & general has put me through. I have to go to the insurance ombudsman & I will have to take them on in court. I have paid about R38,000 in the past 4 months because auto & general is taking slow to sort the matter out. I want to tell everyone in the world that auto & general is the worst insurance company in the world & please don't insure anything with them because you regret it so will your family.
