I was given a Superdry shirt as a gift. I must admit that I was incredibly busy over that time and had gone overseas so it was about 3 months before I actually remembered the gift. The shirt was great as, is most Superdry clothing, however I did not like the colour and went to a Superdry outlet just to change it for a different colour. The shirt still had the origional tags and it was obviously still brand new. However when I got to the outlet and stated that I just wanted to change the colour and if the shirts had gone up in price since I would gladly pay in the difference, their attitude was basically, " No, it is out of our return period now please go away and stop bothering us." I stated that I did not want to return it, simply to change the colour as I had said. They simply looked at me and walked away. What a pity, I really used to like Superdry, however they obviously don't need customers.

Wow, I should have looked here first but do I really have to do that before every purchase? I bought items online - all of them did not fit as they were either too big or too small. Anyway, I logged a return and the response was swift but they sent the courier to my office, which was the original delivery address. BUT I had already gone on leave for December. After the holidays, it was a long saga of trying to change the collection address to my home rather because security could assist with collection if I wasn't here. These email exchanges included correspondence from Superdry apologising for their pathetic service. Eventually, my return was collected and the refund approved (on 14 Feb). BUT then, it was a case of waiting for the refund to materialise, which it still hasn't. So I contacted Float directly (this is also annoying - that you can't just pay with your credit card but are forced to use Float when purchasing online from Superdry). AND guess what? Float said they have not received the instruction to pay the refund. Now, I'm waiting for the Superdry contact centre once again to get their act together and sort this out. These purchases were made in December and my return is still not concluded by 15 March. ***

So, Superdry SA, for such a premium brand your customer service is pathetic. I bought a backpack online on 11 December 2024 and there was no notification that the store was closed or to be mindful of delays in delivery. When there was no movement on the order, I called your support line, which guess what, the line was closed and the voice message told me I had called after business hours, this was the 12th December around midday. I attempted to email support, got a response with a link, to repeat what I had already written in my email so that it can be re-routed. Wow, I will certainly not be buying anything from you again, clearly you are not serious about business.

Online store issues cannot be resolved because I have better luck getting hold of the pope than getting Superdry to answer their customer care number. I bought goods on line. they sent the incorrect size, Ive been trying forever to do the exchange but they cut you calls as you get to the front of the Q/prompt and dont answer mails. Lieterally done with this lot!!

It is with huge disappointment that I had to write to Superdry Online c/o Bounty Brands based on the lack customer service received. My matter initiated from Monday 02nd Dec-24 evening, when I was trying to make a purchase via. Superdry's online site. I had to call the Superdry Customer Call Centre the next morning, and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Alego. I explained to him the problem I encounted on the online platform, he reverted that he will have to enquire with IT and put me on hold for about 10 minutes on my cell. Alego then requested my email address and contact details and informed me that he has escalated that matter to IT and I should receive a discount code shortly via. email. At approximately 15h05, I received no feedback from Superdry Online. With no success with Alego and the 2nd female customer service person since Tuesday morning, I called the Superdry Call Centre again yesterday and spoke to Alego again, when Alego informs me that I should forward an email to service@superdry.co.za, I then enquired as to why he did not request me to do so on the day of call to him. I then requested to speak to a manager at Superdry, and he then makes me wait on hold, and returns to inform me that there are no managers available at Superdry HQ. I then called Bounty Brands HQ to try to get hold of a Manager and spoke to Lusanda at Reception. I explained my situation, she as well explained to me that there are no managers available at Superdry. The sad reality is that there appears to be a lack of customer service due to no supervision by management at Superdry Online, whilst the Superdry staff persist to offer a low level of customer service!
