Old mutual superfund ****mers
I keep getting less money than the intended to be mine i wanted to release all my funds but this thing is making me loose my mind as in why they can't release all my funds once i keep getting R5k which is all taxed amount of R1k whiy i cannot be granted all my savings money from my Provident fund withdrawal request i want all my money now i have been waiting from November these old mutual superfund is bull**** and i dont want anyone to go through what i had gone through i hate old mutual and nothing will ever make me like them please hellopeter talk to them i want all my funds released today before i even think of taking this to the next step all my money to be released R29K not this R5K they giving me please

07 Jan 2026, 06:26I hate old mutual superfund with all my heart last month December they said they were resolving the issue with my Provident fund withdrawal request so i waited till now it January they said i must wait 5-7 working days and after that i must wait for 24 hours for tax then will get all my money but today i cannot release all my money again now they say my funds will be released within 30days what the f**k is going on there who is in charge for this bank this bank is for ****mers truly i never been happier with the bank since the first time i used their bank account after they froze my account and i never used my money from this old mutual to everyone thinking old mutual is the best think again this is like a nightmare if i can get a manager or CEO of the company could tell them there bank is useless and needed to shutdown for other people to don't get ****med

08 Jan 2026, 12:53Superfund is really irritating from yesterday till now my funds are kept holding I don't know is it because of my skin colour because im black or what i phone them using my own airtime to ask about my own money no answer my emails are being ignored old mutual is kaark and i wish i can tell them right to there face 😈😈😈 they make me sick from yesterday waiting for authority or they dont have my money why do i have to wait so long maybe if i was a white man my funds would have been released without me having to complain about them so it either they pay me or keep the money im tired begging for my own funds,it looks like they don't have it yet now they processing forever what if i die my children will get my money or not im worried now that means they will have to fight to these ****mers SARS made verification less than 1hour but now they want to take the whole month to realese my funds who to talk yo because even here looking like they not giving a damn about us reporting to hellopeter everyday same complain about same thing nothing is being done they not taking me serious because of the colour of my skin or what that i have to waste all my money buying airtime to phone them no answer no updates no response to my email now i regret why my company used their services it bullsht
