Provident fund withdrawal request

I have withdrawn my provident fund and my claim was on the 29 December 2025 but up until now nothing is happening about my funds released i sent an email to them no response from them when i try to check my claim on their app i cannot see what is going on i need money to get my things im no longer working this is my second month now not working they need to tell what is happening with my provident fund this is the second time i have problems with old mutual now i hate this company

No one have answered the questions i ask on their email the app has many errors i can't check my claim process all they say is "We are sorry, we can't find your details in the system. For more information, please contact us via email: superfund@oldmutual.com or contact our call centre: 0860 20 30 40" but not responding to my email only changing dates on my Provident fund im tired of the old mutual now please help as to when i get my money from 19 November 2025 i made a claim still nothing from them
