Where do I start with bad service. Amanda and Alana is in charge of orders being processed via e-mail and telefonic communication. 1) if you place an order with sufficient time anything between 2 days and 2 weeks, you will still arrive at Supergel and find that you will have another hour maybe 2 to get your order ready. 2) Commin excuses will be we did not receive the order, there was load shedding and the order was received late, the "pink slip" was not send to the back for packaging, water was of for 6 days. 3) No communication to the end customer of these issue before you arrive on site - you will be informed about any of the excuses when you arrive to collect your order. 4) if goods gets delivered, be sure that you will only receive your invoice via mail between 2 to 4 weeks after the delivery were made. How will a business grow if management does not take it seriously, I've tried to get the owners contact number but was refused by Amanda to give it to me.
