If there was an option for NO STARS, I would have selected it. This company is quick to take your money and once that happens, your **** starts, no support, since 26th of Feb I've raises multiple support requests over mail and over phone, NO ONE IN THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. The WhatsApp support is AI and that is also a joke! You cant even open a ticket from Truehost site, no option to log a ticket once to selected open a ticket.
No customer care - logged a case on Saturday the 11th of Oct, support said 2 - 4 working days to resolve my issue with no connection to the internet case number 5 - 3616668611893, today is day 5, no updates received and issue not resolved! Phoned support but there is too much background noice and you can't hear the operator.
Is there anything good to say about this company and how they operate? My order were placed in Jul 2024, my full order was not completed, since Aug 2024 till today they cant provide me with an ETA on my tumbler press, my missing attachments were in stock and would have been delivered to me, but this did not realize. The whatsapp support is a circus because the feedback received does not tell me when I will have my goods, they also mention that a sales consultant will contact me, and this did not happen as well. Im also in the imports and export industry and these guys should know and be able to track the shipment coming in with what kind of goods ordered. Can the CEO of this company contact me to resolve this issue!!
Where do I start with bad service. Amanda and Alana is in charge of orders being processed via e-mail and telefonic communication. 1) if you place an order with sufficient time anything between 2 days and 2 weeks, you will still arrive at Supergel and find that you will have another hour maybe 2 to get your order ready. 2) Commin excuses will be we did not receive the order, there was load shedding and the order was received late, the "pink slip" was not send to the back for packaging, water was of for 6 days. 3) No communication to the end customer of these issue before you arrive on site - you will be informed about any of the excuses when you arrive to collect your order. 4) if goods gets delivered, be sure that you will only receive your invoice via mail between 2 to 4 weeks after the delivery were made. How will a business grow if management does not take it seriously, I've tried to get the owners contact number but was refused by Amanda to give it to me.
Bad Service I've placed an order with the Mattress warehouse for 3 single bed mattresses. This was on the 2nd of June 2020, Today is 22 days later and I still done have an answer on my order - the last correspondence was that they dont have stock - was on their website just now and it shows that they have stock - how do you explain this? If I dont ask for feedback I dont get any, this is pathetic - I hope the MD can respond to this ISSUE ASAP!!

<p>Iv been in contact now since the 21st of June to add a new phone to my insurance with cellsure, Ive send a mail three times dispalying the model and IME number, They dont even know the value of the phone and suspects me to know it, 22 days later and still the phone is not on my insurance.</p> <p>Are there just now SERVICE and COMITMENT from Service Providers?</p>

<p>Well I’m new to the Telkom network, I’ve signed up for the BIG DEAL for June, 10Gb during the day and 5Gb after 12 midnight. So I used the first 5Gb of my deal, then I was asked to top up my internet. Through that I would rather go in to the store to resolve this issue that came up. The sales guy at Kollenade Telkom reported the issue. Got a phone call from Telkom ********** 888. So the lady informed me that I should take in the router to Kollenade. The issue is not with the router, it’s with the package they’ve loaded under my contract. I don’t have the time to drive back and forth to Telkom if the issue is not with the router but the lady insisted that i should, I asked her who's going to pay my fuel driving up and down the whole time as they instruct me to do and she could not answer me, Can Someone explain why I have to take my router in if the problem sits with the contract and not the router?</p> <p> </p>
