I am writing to formally raise ongoing concerns regarding both your billing processes and service delivery. Each month, when payment is due, your system repeatedly fails to process transactions. I am then required to spend a significant amount of time (often hours) explaining to your team that there is an issue on your side, with Stripe being the only reliable payment method. This is both inefficient and unacceptable. In addition to this, your billing process lacks clarity and consistency. Multiple invoices are issued in quick succession, with no clear confirmation of the total amount due. This creates confusion and reflects poorly on your internal controls. More concerning, however, is the lack of technical support. Your team has been unable to properly set up the service, meaning I am effectively paying for a product that I cannot fully utilise. I have spent an entire morning attempting to resolve this, without any clear solution or accountability from your side. Your communication channels are also unreliable. Phone lines are often inaccessible, and return calls, when they do occur, are significantly delayed. At this point, I require: A clear and consolidated statement of my account Immediate resolution of the payment processing issues Proper technical setup and support for the service I am paying for A reliable point of contact going forward If these matters are not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to reconsider continuing with your services. I trust this will be treated with the urgency it deserves.

If there was an option for NO STARS, I would have selected it. This company is quick to take your money and once that happens, your **** starts, no support, since 26th of Feb I've raises multiple support requests over mail and over phone, NO ONE IN THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. The WhatsApp support is AI and that is also a joke! You cant even open a ticket from Truehost site, no option to log a ticket once to selected open a ticket.

My experience with Truehost has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, the service has been unreliable and the support has been very poor. Issues that should have been simple to resolve were left unresolved for long periods of time, and in many cases the support team either gave vague responses or stopped responding altogether. I repeatedly experienced technical problems with my hosting service, and despite contacting support multiple times, the issues were never properly fixed. It felt like I was constantly chasing answers instead of receiving real assistance. For a hosting provider, reliability and responsive support are essential, and unfortunately this has not been my experience with Truehost. What made the situation worse is that problems were often acknowledged but never actually resolved. As a customer, that leaves you feeling ignored and misled. Based on my experience, the service did not deliver what was promised, and the support system did not provide the help needed when things went wrong. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a hosting provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering Truehost to do very careful research before committing to their services. They offer cheap rates but that should say it all.... I am returning to my old service provider where i never had issues

It has been two weeks now and a change of site from canva to google sites seems too much trouble for Truehost. I have been told they fixed this every day!!!!! for over a week and yet still it is an issue. I then was told to dns check everything and it showed that only one of the 3 major issues were being fixed, the other two were left broken. Every day I spent over an hour with the technicians in 10 to 15 minute waits between resposes and yet even still I am being treated like a pain in the butt. They seem to be based overseas and yet happt to sell to us in ZA but not so useful when communicating. I have had the same ticket opened and closed 5 times now. Still it is not fixed.

The support is pathetic. Little processes are never sorted within a reasonable time frame . What other services providers take a few minutes to do , Truehost fails to deliver in days. I will move all my domains back to Register Domain. Cheap is Thrash.

Worst place to host you domain. I have registered a domain with them a couple of months ago. to date have not been able to manage the dns for it. have logged multiple calls with them that never gets resolved. now the web page is down

We have been having the worst service ever! About 2 weeks ago our emails on our computer stopped working and the mails on our phone is asking for creditinals but when we enter them they are "invalid" multi chats with the bot and asking for a human agent to sort this still not working. When I mailed asking to cancle my entire account they say the mail needs to come from the account thats not even working - showed them prove its not working and still i am waiting for a human agent to contact me. This is the worst service ever received!!! But every morning i must "rate the conversation"

We have been having the worst service ever! On the same day, I paid for another domain, and that one was suspended. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, their support has been completely unhelpful. I’ve been dealing with someone named Zola via online chat, and every interaction has been frustrating. He refused to provide an email address where I could send proof of payment, and every time I reach out, I have to repeat the same details. Even uploading proof of payment through their chat system fails repeatedly. Truehost seems more interested in taking people’s money than providing any real service. If you’re considering registering or hosting a website with them don’t. Their service is unreliable, and their support is pathetic.
