My experience with Truehost has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, the service has been unreliable and the support has been very poor. Issues that should have been simple to resolve were left unresolved for long periods of time, and in many cases the support team either gave vague responses or stopped responding altogether. I repeatedly experienced technical problems with my hosting service, and despite contacting support multiple times, the issues were never properly fixed. It felt like I was constantly chasing answers instead of receiving real assistance. For a hosting provider, reliability and responsive support are essential, and unfortunately this has not been my experience with Truehost. What made the situation worse is that problems were often acknowledged but never actually resolved. As a customer, that leaves you feeling ignored and misled. Based on my experience, the service did not deliver what was promised, and the support system did not provide the help needed when things went wrong. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a hosting provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering Truehost to do very careful research before committing to their services. They offer cheap rates but that should say it all.... I am returning to my old service provider where i never had issues
What wonderful service we experienced with Shamiela and Shameez. They are truly wonderful assets to DHL. I will definitely want to continue doing business with this company because of them
So after in flight for nearly +-40 min to George- flight 4Z627, we had to turn around due to a "technical error" ( fluid was seen leaking from the one engine when we disembarked). Been at the airport since 9h00am we had to come back to Cape Town International. When we told that we are only able to leave 3 hours later with no compensation given only after wrestling with them they decide to give us a Refreshment voucher where u could only purchase certain items on the restaurant list. This is very unprofessional for an airline of this calibre refusing to compensate with any complimentary voucher only after I demanded and it was a back and forth story. I will certainly not fly this airline no more, sincerely disgusted in their customer service after all it was their aircraft that was faulty causing huge delays, and they certainly not the cheapest to fly with. They certainly tried to get away from giving us any compensation for the huge inconvenience and delays.
