Makro online is terrible. After status says out for delivery status changes to canceled!
Worst place to host you domain. I have registered a domain with them a couple of months ago. to date have not been able to manage the dns for it. have logged multiple calls with them that never gets resolved. now the web page is down
I Upgraded my line at the beginning of the month and had to obviously pay a pro-rata amount as expected. BUT then they went and butchered my account. They cancelled the invoice that I paid via debit order. Then created a new invoice that was for the full amount and run another debit order. Took 3 days of back and forth to get them to fix the account. NO apology from their side or saying that they have fixed the error on their side. They just finally said your account is up to date. BUT when you go look at your services it still said suspended.
Telkom upgrades department phones me constantly for upgrades, sometimes 3 times a day. Did upgrade on 6th of March 2023... it's now the 15th of March 2023. When i called them to find out when the upgrade will be delivered.... answer is no stock and they can't tell me when they will have stock. I should phone again on Monday to find out if stock has arrived. or I can wait till I get a SMS one day. CSN28752
