I have been paying for email service for months ,no one can help me and no matter how many hours we spend troubleshooting it does not work,

The only time they contact me is when I don’t pay and even this is a challenge because their systems don’t work.

How is this business allowed to operate ?

I have asked them to call me more than 10 times now
