Superior Cabinet Doors - repair to cupboard doors

I bought 7.5m by 2.5m high wrapped cupboard drawers and doors from Superior cabinet doors over the past few years, the last being in June 2014. Most of these drawers and doors wrapping showed signs of loosening around the edges. <br> <br> I contacted my installer who removed the affected doors and drawers and delivered to Superior Cabinet doors for inspection and recommendations for repairs. Superior Cabinet doors quoted in excess of R3500 to repair these which I objected to since their invoices stated no limitations on their warranty period.<br> <br> After discussion with management, Superior cabinet doors (Althea) informed my installer that they will repair the affected drawers and doors at no cost to me in line with their customer service charter.<br> <br> Once the re-wrapping were completed my installer installed the doors and drawers.<br> <br> I wish to thank Althea from Superior Cabinet doors for understanding my situation and going the extra mile to resolve a situation efficiently which could have progressed to a negatively situation very quickly.<br> <br> Regards<br> Shiraaz Swartland<br>
