Superior repairs

I contacted this company based on their adverti*****t, that no call out fee will be charged if you do the repair with them. A technician inspected my fridge, poured hot water in the draining. Advised me the issue was sorted, which took him a total of 15 minutes, and then said I owed him R 850-00. I was shocked, I was not given a qoute, nor did I confirm he could ‘repair’the fridge and here I was charged an exhorbitant amount. I paid as I had no choice. On contacting the company I was advised that R850 was a discounted fee, it’s usually R950. Please get a quote before you deal with this company. My experience was unpleasant.
