Call out fee is R350 which is forfeited when you do the repairs with them, seems like a fair deal. Bennon came in and checked my washing machine and cleared the debris on the filter, hardly 5minutes, charge was R950 without a quote before hand. Dont go here.

Superior repairs
I contacted this company based on their adverti*****t, that no call out fee will be charged if you do the repair with them. A technician inspected my fridge, poured hot water in the draining. Advised me the issue was sorted, which took him a total of 15 minutes, and then said I owed him R 850-00. I was shocked, I was not given a qoute, nor did I confirm he could ‘repair’the fridge and here I was charged an exhorbitant amount. I paid as I had no choice. On contacting the company I was advised that R850 was a discounted fee, it’s usually R950. Please get a quote before you deal with this company. My experience was unpleasant.

Superior repairs

GREAT SERVICE = washing machine has its new life back!
I would like to say again a great BIG thank you to both Mark and James who have just repaired my LG 8kg Direct Drive Washing Machine. What an impressive team, since logging a service call to the end result, one happy client. Friendly, prompt, professional and polite – great service! The machine has its new life back! Will certainly recommend Superior Repairs going forward.

Superior repairs
Worst company ever ….blame the internet cause when you Google example defy…Kelvinator..Samsung….this company comes up as “same day service”… LIES… never saw them and always doing “follower ups” honestly looks like **** artists….trust me DONT call or waste your time with them. And I’m in law enforcement.

The refrigerator service we received was amazing - Superior Repairs
The guy who attended our call was amazing. I think his name was Blessings. He was prompt, responsive and very professional. Will definitely use them again, though I really hope our fridge does not go kaput again soon! I would like to thank you for a wonderful experience during a stressful time.

Scam scam scam Logged request for double door fridge freezer repairs, company sent an subcontractor (whos company doesnt exist online). Subcontractor had no idea what he was doing, replaced compressor twice, charged us a fortune, 3weeks later we still had no working fridge/freezer. Phoned Superior multiple times and sent emails, lady that answers phone just says manager is not available. Eventually spoke to a ‘George’ who said they use subcontractors and basically takes no further accountability. Waste of money and time.

STOVE AND OVEN REPAIRS RANDBURG - Superior Repairs
FOLLOW-UP ON MY REVIEW YESTERDAY. Today, I called a Kelvinator oven spare parts distributor in Randburg for a price on a replacement switch for the Kelvinator KC 600 BS oven. Their price for the switch is R254 + VAT = R292.10 total. Andrea (081 716 9708) from Superior Repairs charged me R750.00 for the component (switch). They increased the price of this switch with R457.90. And then still charged me an additional R850.00 extra for labour. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. THEY DESERVE NO STARS WHATSOEVER.
