This bank only gives attention when you write a review. It’s me again useless bank that I’m a customer of🤦🏽♂️. Waited on call for more than 30mins no answer. For a mere R200 voucher that I purchased and never got the voucher number.Personal banker is a load of bull. My kids will never use SBSA and anyone that I can advice please don’t waste your time with these guys🙏🏽
And here I am again….worst bank ever and they only assist when they exposed. Have a revolving loan that’s not being used and paid up, but they still deducting over R700 a month 🤬 when I called to close account they can’t help cause I’m a private client . Worst worst worst bank
