WORST WIFI ND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE COMPLETLEY USELESS. they quick to do installation and everything but once you connected there are so much issues, ive always been up to date with payments on their month-to-month contract and my wifi was always only connected for 2 weeks! when reaching out to their wifi platform because THERES NOT A SINGLE WAY OF CONTACTING THEM, Their agents on whatsap are useless, they decide if they want to attend to your query they dont really care, some of them will just stop responding and redirect you to another useless agent but you wont ever get the help you need. PLEASE DO NOT STRUUGLE LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW ITS HORRIBLE and i wouldnt want anyone to waste their money lost especially if you working from home. i 100% do not recommend this company their fastest wifi is also so slow. you pay to never be connected to the internet. im still struggling as we speak because they disconnected my wifi for absolutely no reason at all. This business is a ****
