Apparently client satisfaction is not high on Rosmead Superspars agenda. I have sent 2 emails of complaint via the website (which has not been updated as they still have some notice that the site will be done by the 9th February - it is now the 27th). No response, no phone call. The butcher is rude and when you ask him for something you would swear I was asking him to go to the farm and bring the *** back. You complain to the floor management and they look at you and roll their eyes. As for the majority of the tellers, they don't greet you, they continue talking to their colleagues and have the disgusting habit of doing that ghastly thing of what one can only call "sucking their snot back". I refuse to do my personal shop at the store any longer.
