Damage to vehicle.....Swapped out engine cover

Good evening.

BMW SUPERTECH ROSSBURGH DURBAN

I recently picked up my bmw 340i from a service.....rossburgh supertech durban. 

On returning home and opening bonnet I noticed the engine cover had been changed and replaced with an old looking one. I changed oil and filled coolant just two weeks ago so I know what it looked like before sending to supertech.....this dealership seems to be riddled with thieves and poor workmanship. 

I take care of my car and dnt expect worn out parts to be placed in it.....it has been clearly swapped with an old cover. Clips broken and scratches on cover. 

Please advise on how we can proceed from here. This is not the first time having a problem with you guy.
