Don't rent from Surebuild Project Management (Francois Cloete)

The owner Francois Cloete who rents houses through this company does not want to refund interest accrued on the deposit for the rentals.

It is clearly stipulated in the lease agreement that interest is accrued for the benefit of the tenant and the owner must invest it in an interest bearing account.

He responds saying "Take me to court"
