I made numerous calls to Surf4life for a Wifi cable that has been damaged, and i have sent an email regarding this on Monday. I have been following up, but I am told that the technicians are with another company. They will call me. This is the third day waiting with no phone call or communication; they could not provide the contact details of the company that is supposed to come and fix the cables.

I am really very unhappy with the service I need assistance as in yesterday as I work from home and I need the services.

This is the worst service I have had with these people I am very angry and disgusted as I pay for a service that I do not get
