ABSOLUTE WORST! DONT TOUCH THEM!

DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE! The absolute WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! we spend 100’s of thousands with them and 1 issue after another! The LATEST: We need our batteries updated and after WEEKS of being ofline and using 40 lts of diesel daily on a genset we eventuallt drove to cpt(450km’s) from us! They DONT SORT ANYTHING OUT BUT REFERS YOU TO THEIR SUPPLIER SEGEN! So off we went for the day only to be ******ED BY SUSTAINABLE IN BUYING ANOTHER NEW BMS AS the previous 1 (brand new) was not bought from them -got no joy so had to stay over in cpt at OUR COST , segen supposidly updated our system only to get home AND STILL SAME PROBLEM! Only diff is we are now out another R20k! Will be taking action against them now!
