Rude client service

I just had a call from this company regarding an account from Lancet Labs,I have already made arrangements with them to close my account and made the payment already,This lady try to explain to me what account is outstanding and the more i try to tell her that this has been delt with the more she asked me to let her talk. I am VERY upset firstly because she does not listen to what i say and secondly, they do not check their own system BEFORE calling a client. SCOLS should invest in training for their own people instead of wasting client`s time. Absolutely rude and ***********. They better not call me again.
