VERY bad service

AGAIN i would like to express my utmost disappointment in this company (Sustainable Collection Services). I have sent numerous emails to faxes@scols.co.za (Sandra) asking for my final statement and also to confirm my payments been made etc and they just dont bother getting ack to me. They used to call and have no clue what is going on i their own books. Pathetic company and their staff are even worse. I ant believe there are companies that make use of this useless debt collector company, they should close their doors.
