My order was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks and I was told that I would be informed should anything change. It is now been 9 weeks and there has been zero communication from SHF. I have emailed their customer services (Khanyi Kunene) numerous times and called but I still have not received any update on my order. I even messaged the salesperson (Louise) who gracefully assisted me with my purchase and she has not been able to give me an update on my order from their customer service manager Mitchell. It is very frustrating to just be left in the dark after spending so much money. I would not recommend buying from SHF at all after this horrible experience.
