Protocol value over customer values!!

SHF Home Furniture value their “protocol” over their clients.

Due to bad experiences with them in the past, I wanted to pay the balance owed to them in two parts. Part 1 as required & part 2 once goods arrive on my premises & checked by myself. The balance was a very small amount.

I was informed that under no circumstances would they be able to consider this.

Very sad!!
