17/01/2026 bought a car from suzuki Alberton all was well until 22/02/2026 when the radio went silent and just display suzuki emblem. Took it to the dealership on Monday 23rd, the machinic there said he doesn't know what the problem is, advice I book the car in. Car booked in wensday later yesterday received a call with an option of driving the car without the radio or living the car to be fixed. Now my concern is my car is brand new, not a second hand car. Y am I been compromised nd my comfort and effort of buying a new car not considered. I bought a new car avoiding things like this. Why is changing a radio or fixing it taking long

Extremely disappointing experience with Suzuki Alberton’s service department. The staff were rude, disorganised, and unable to assist competently. I was sent from pillar to post with no resolution and very poor communication throughout. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve had with any company. I would not recommend them.

Friday, 7 October 2025, I took my Suzuki Swift for a full service at the Albaton branch. I have never met such a rude service advisor who doesn't know how to treat customer with respect. The new young lady there who thinks its ok to swear at clients, I think her name is Thuli or something like that. She claimed that the service was complete, but in reality, nothing was done the car was not serviced at all.

Disappointing experience with Albertan Suzuki On 22 October 2025, I purchased a Suzuki Fronx from Albertan Suzuki. I'm happy with the car, it met my expectations and the application process with my bank went smoothly. However, the service from the salesperson, Noluthando, was subpar. I was promised R1500 for referring a customer, which was confirmed when my colleague's application was approved on 23 October. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received the payment. Every time I ask, I'm given excuses and told I'll get the money, but it's been weeks and I'm still waiting.

We recently bought a Suzuki Swift GL Plus at Alberton the car is only a month old, however on the second week of having the car we realised there is a lot of noise in the car as if the windows are ajar while they are completely closed and the was also a crackling noise which is intermittent on the panels by the drivers side, steering wheel, around the radio screen and also the front passenger side. We reported the issue and we were informed to bring the car during the 3rd week due to the service department being fully booked, we did when we got the car back we were informed that they lubricated the rubbers, but all the issues bacame worse then we took the car back for the second time which the car dealership requested to have for two day to do a thorough check when we went to pick it up again the issue was still the same we even had a mini test drive with the service department manager who requested to organise another day where we'll have a longer test drive which will include driving the car and another one and compare. Outcomes from the manager of the service department from the mini test drive was he couldn't hear any sound, the only sound which was audible to him was the wind turbulence coming from the side mirrors and when we did the full test drive he admitted he could hear sounds, however when we got back from the test drive he changed the story by informing the sales manager that the is nothing wrong with the car there is only wind turbulence, mind you we test drove Suzuki Swift of our friends, colleagues and we even enquired from strangers who owned Swifts if they had the same experience and all of them said NO! Even the day before we went for the longer test drive we went to another Swift dealership and test drove the car and there was no wind in the car nor was there any cracking sound. We spoke to the service manager (Grant) and the sales manager (Luan) requesting to have the car replaced they both rejected instead they proposed we come for the "fourth time" to dealership to fix the issue even though we've been there 3 times already whereby they have failed to fix the car. Grant is a very dishonest person and Luan just the same, sadly the sales person who assisted us was just awesome (Noluthando) it's just unfortunate that the car has poor workmanship. Suzuki Alberton is just a nonsense dealership that sells customers low quality/poor cars with faults and when you raise your concerns they just expect the customer to accept a car that is of poor quality. We regret buying the car at Alberton Suzuki, it's very disheartening when a person purchases their first car which is brand new to avoid any car issues but still have to deal with issues like you bought a second hand car. I'm really disgusted by the attitude of both managers.

They do not respond to online enquiries for accessories or service complaints. Still waiting for a warranty hooter that was supposedly ordered on the 1st service , now past second service and no hooter , a bit dangerous hope I dont need it urgently.

On the 1 March 2025, I bought 2 cars financed, 1 car had a crack in a windscreen, I reported it and they said they will fix it. Today it's the 19 March 2025 and still it's not fixed.
