Suzuki baleno radio fault

17/01/2026 bought a car from suzuki Alberton all was well until 22/02/2026 when the radio went silent and just display suzuki emblem. Took it to the dealership on Monday 23rd, the machinic there said he doesn't know what the problem is, advice I book the car in. Car booked in wensday later yesterday received a call with an option of driving the car without the radio or living the car to be fixed.

Now my concern is my car is brand new, not a second hand car. Y am I been compromised nd my comfort and effort of buying a new car not considered. I bought a new car avoiding things like this. Why is changing a radio or fixing it taking long
