I bought a new vehicle from BB Suzuki Gezina last year, specifically from Hugo "The Car Guy" Meyer. The entire experience was a pleasure. From the first time we met on the floor, he patiently negotiated with me around almost everything (I was not an easy sale, he had to work for it) and even the document signing process went smooth. Hugo made the delivery super special (It was a gift for my daughter). Unfortunately, about a month later my daughter was involved a huge hit and run accident. Hugo was always willing to help with advice and assistance following this. Eventually the vehicle was repaired (he even assisted in sourcing spares), and he arranged with the Service Department who did a full safety inspection on the vehicle to independently verify that the repairs were done at the highest standards. This kind of service goes above and beyond just selling a car. Thanks Hugo and BB. I will certainly be dealing with you again in the near future.

My Suzuki was serviced at Suzuki Gezina on a Saturday. Thank you for assisting me on a weekend as I was not available during the week. I want to thank the workshop manager for assisting me with my questions. All questions was answered to my satisfaction

Really struggle to write this review but here goes.... They were good but also really frustrating. They struggled for two weeks just to run diagnostics on my vitara and then it took them another week so look for a part after telling me they have never seen this problem on any car that they have made. All and all 4 months later and many calls later they told me they found the problem in a broken wire that led to the part they waited 2 and a half months for. Really not sure how to interpret all this but now the car is fixed. Thanks for sorting it out and sorry Suzuki SA didnt work with you in this one.

I took my Suzuki SX4 to suzuki gezina for minor repairs . When i received the vehicle back there was some issues witch were not done to my satisfaction and they were very expensive . While my car was there someone phoned me to do some repairs on the windshield and there was no damage to the windshield . When i brought the car in there was no leaks in the aircon . When i received it back there was a leak on the aircon and they quoted me over R7000 to repair . Someone else did it for R940 . This i believe was due to their poor workmanship .

I took my Suzuki SX4 to suzuki gezina for minor repairs . When i received the vehicle back there was some issues witch were not done to my satisfaction and they were very expensive . I bought a vehicle 2024 July BMW 320i I return it several times for coolant leakage n they claim not seing any leaks n service of 104000was uploaded on service history. When taking a car for service at BMW they mistakenly deleted the service history they agree to upload it on condition I provide them with invoice from bb Suzuki I requested an invoice from them which they failed because the was no such invoice they sent me list of 101which is check list before they gave the vehicle to customer. They agreed to service my car at RMI workshop servicing BMW, to my suprise when took my car there, their workshop was the one who was servicing my car,I stay the whole day until 15:30 when inquiring when car will be ready was told wrong parts were ordered, I requested them to give me my car since I was already late for a meeting. I was told parts were stripped n will be assembled. A day after my car was smoking n oil was coming out of exhaust, hose from air filter to turbo was stuff with oil I had to pay a mechanic to drain oil n clean hose n put new oil. Oil was exceeding with 2 litre I escalate matter to DP even today still waiting. Bad bad service. Go there at your own peril,.The sales persons are good souls but the dealer short of words to describe them.

We received exceptional service from Cecilia Kapp at the dealership. She made it a priority to give us what we wanted. I asked to see a vehicle in the color that we liked, and she arranged for one to be brought to the display floor. I came from Limpopo, and she arranged with an agent in Limpopo to do the registration for us as well as the numberplates. No driving back to Pretoria or sending the items via courier. If you think of buying a new car you can definitely speak to Cecilia, because she is passionate about her job and quality customer service. Thank you, Cecilia for the wonderful and friendly service.
