I bought a vehicle 2024 July BMW 320i I return it several times for coolant leakage n they claim not seing any leaks n service of 104000was uploaded on service history. When taking a car for service at BMW they mistakenly deleted the service history they agree to upload it on condition I provide them with invoice from bb Suzuki I requested an invoice from them which they failed because the was no such invoice they sent me list of 101which is check list before they gave the vehicle to customer. They agreed to service my car at RMI workshop servicing BMW, to my suprise when took my car there, their workshop was the one who was servicing my car,I stay the whole day until 15:30 when inquiring when car will be ready was told wrong parts were ordered, I requested them to give me my car since I was already late for a meeting. I was told parts were stripped n will be assembled. A day after my car was smoking n oil was coming out of exhaust, hose from air filter to turbo was stuff with oil I had to pay a mechanic to drain oil n clean hose n put new oil. Oil was exceeding with 2 litre I escalate matter to DP even today still waiting. Bad bad service. Go there at your own peril,.The sales persons are good souls but the dealer short of words to describe them.
