Sooo confused

Really struggle to write this review but here goes....

They were good but also really frustrating. They struggled for two weeks just to run diagnostics on my vitara and then it took them another week so look for a part after telling me they have never seen this problem on any car that they have made.

All and all 4 months later and many calls later they told me they found the problem in a broken wire that led to the part they waited 2 and a half months for. Really not sure how to interpret all this but now the car is fixed.

Thanks for sorting it out and sorry Suzuki SA didnt work with you in this one.
