Very poor service overall. I brought my car in and the shuttle never arrived. Staff said they were unable to get hold of the driver. After the service, my check engine light came on. When I contacted them, they refused to resolve the issue until it was discussed with a manager. I had to bring my car back in, where I once again experienced poor service. I was then informed that my car has an oil leak, despite raising this concern in January 2025 and being told at the time that nothing was wrong. It is extremely frustrating to now be told otherwise. What should have been a single visit turned into three separate trips. Once the service plan ended and I paid cash, the level of customer care noticeably declined. I will not be recommending this business and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Communication throughout the entire used vehicle buying process was superb. Ashley helped us a lot and really went out of his way to assist us. We flew in from the Eastern Cape and Ashley volunteered to organize us a pickup from OR Thambo. The rest of the process went equally as smooth. Vehicle was cleaned thoroughly and drove 1300 kilometers home without missing a beat. Ashley went above and beyond for us, especially considering it is a 3 year old vehicle. Thanks a lot guys ;)

I contacted Suzuki Bryanston to report that my car battery was giving me problems. I bought the vehicle brand new from your dealership around 1 year and 7 months ago. The person I spoke to informed me that the battery warranty had expired, as it only covers 12 months but they can check and try to assist me.I also mentioned that my vehicle is due for a service soon and shared the current mileage. Based on that, I was advised to bring the car in so it could be checked. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told that I should go to a battery centre instead. Naturally, I asked why I was told to drive all the way there if the dealership was not going to assist me. I was then addressed by someone named Jean ****s, who told me that I was not forced to come in and that I shouldn’t blame the dealership. I found this response quite unprofessional. Instead of being defensive, I expected better communication and at the very least, an apology for the inconvenience. Advising customers poorly and then blaming them for following your own instructions is not the kind of service I would expect from a trusted dealership. I hope this experience is noted and addressed internally, as it left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.

I bought my swift glx amt from them and was due for 45000 service. I tried to take this car to suzuki Kyalami and when I was asking details of the extended plan service I could not get help. I then decided to go there then I was helped the car was serviced,. Be fore I could even when dropping the car someone in dark overalls was going through my car and same guy help be with the let’s when I came back to get attached key. Service lady called me that remote battery needed to be replaced for 90 and car was ready. I can was told car was not ready and as I walked viewing the other cars the car bonnet was opened on the wash bay. Waited and collected car without checking bonet. A day later when opened bonet I noticed the engine covers were not there and air filter connector looked very old and didn’t seem to be originally there. On the invoice they gave they put customer email which is not my email too.

Firstly, you should remove the billboard and signage outside of your dealership, which says “Trust Dealership “ You are NOT to be trusted. We purchased a used vehicle and specifically asked that the car battery be checked and replaced should need be, at our own cost. We payed cash for the vehicle . A month later, the car wouldn’t start, due to a flat battery. When I brought the car in, despite knowing very well that you sold me a car with a faulty battery, You had the audacity to say I left a door open or a light on, resulting in the flat battery. You played innocent and returned the vehicle to me, after having charged the faulty battery. A month later, on Christmas Day, the vehicle would not start again, and the battery light appeared on the dashboard. After having being embarrassed again, for having to jump start the car, the car was booked into VW for a diagnostics check. Less than 20 minutes later, they called to inform me that the car battery was defective. And there was absolutely no other issue. 1. Stop cheating customers 2. Buyers intending to buy from this dealership, should first check the battery before taking ownership of the car. 3. Better still, do yourself a favor and purchase your vehicle elsewhere.

I recently purchased my brand new Jimny GLX from Trevino at SUZUKI Bryanston. His service was great, he kept to his promises, all went well. Fast forward 3 months. The vehicle is on 4500km on the clock. I start having issues with the Media screen freezing & the alignment on the car had been off since the 1st week. I booked the car in for general checks. Warren Hen-Boisen was the gentleman who assisted me on the day (6th Nov '24). On arrival, i was told how he is short staffed, how there is only 1 person holding things together, etc. According to Warren I was booking in a Baleno. After making the necessary corrections, the car was booked in. I got a call from Warren stating the steering is off (naturally, because the alignment is off) and that they are correcting it. To my knowledge, all that needed to be done was wheel alignment, there is no need to interfere with the steering. Warren, had no idea what he was saying or explaining to me. I asked him multiple questions (why did you mention steering being checked?, isn't it just the wheel alignment? what exactly is wrong?) and he said he does not know and he will call me back. He called to say its being taken for alignment. After the alignment was done, he called to say the car is ready for collection. I then asked for a report of the alignment and he said he was not given one. How does the service department not have access to basic information? (I then found one in the car upon collection). On 7 Nov '24, i had the same issues occur during my drive to work. I took a picture of the steering on a straight road and a video of the screen freezing. I contacted Warren again. No feedback given. I sent a follow up email in the afternoon, of which they said they were too busy to attend to emails in the day. (Is this dealership coping???) He asked me to bring it in again but only on a weekday. This puts me in great inconvenience as i work far from Bryanston. I asked for the check to be done over a weekend as it didn't need the workshop to opened, for a mere check on the car. Sashen Govender, the service manager then jumped in to say that my vehicle was not inspected by him when it was there on the 6th, as he has a foreman to handle that. He does not get involved in day to day operations. He then made assumptions about my vehicle and said to me that I have aftermarket rims, tyres and suspension. The fact that he has never seen or assessed my car, it is appalling that one would make these assumptions. My vehicle has had NO work done on it. I only changed the rims, of which were SUZUKI approved and supp**** by the dealership. The tyre size stayed the same. The lack of knowledge and the level of incompetency at SUZUKI Bryanston, is really shocking. I don't understand how this service department functions, let alone has survived thus far, under Sashens management. Both Sashen and Warren have caused me to completely lose faith in SUZUKI Bryanston and I will strongly advise to not even use them for servicing of vehicles, as they have no clue what they are doing.

Shocking customer culture...I bought a part which turned out to be incorrect, which I returned unopened. I bought the correct part in Pretoria (I drove there myself). I was told (in writing) that I would be refunded in three days. We are now on day 15 and I have been treated rudely (as if I'm asking a favour) by their Parts Manager, Pieter. It's just no acceptable....
