Very poor service overall. I brought my car in and the shuttle never arrived. Staff said they were unable to get hold of the driver. After the service, my check engine light came on. When I contacted them, they refused to resolve the issue until it was discussed with a manager. I had to bring my car back in, where I once again experienced poor service. I was then informed that my car has an oil leak, despite raising this concern in January 2025 and being told at the time that nothing was wrong. It is extremely frustrating to now be told otherwise. What should have been a single visit turned into three separate trips. Once the service plan ended and I paid cash, the level of customer care noticeably declined. I will not be recommending this business and will be taking my business elsewhere.
From the very beginning, my experience with Matric College has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I paid R8000 expecting a professional and supportive service, but what I received was the opposite. There was no proper tutor support – every time I needed help, there was either no one available or I was told to contact the tutor directly, who was of no help at all. When I raised my concerns, I was told nothing could be done – shocking customer service. Trying to reach anyone is a nightmare. Calls and messages go unanswered, and there is no urgency or care shown for students' concerns. Communication is almost non-existent. To make matters worse, when it came time to write my exam, they gave me the wrong venue details, which caused me to arrive an hour late. That level of negligence is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for students’ time and efforts. I feel like I completely wasted my money, and I would not recommend Matric College to anyone. They promise support and guidance but deliver confusion and poor service. I hope this serves as a warning to others looking for a reliable education partner.
