I called twice regarding my Suzuki Vitara. The first call was on Saturday, November 22, 2025, to inquire about the cost of a major service. The lady I spoke with from the service department seemed impatient and appeared eager to end the call quickly.
Today, on November 24, 2025, I called again to check if my Vitara had a cambelt service. After being put on hold, I was asked whether I had a Brezza or a Vitara. When I confirmed it was a Vitara, I was told, rather impatiently, that my vehicle has a timing chain. The call ended shortly after that.
