I called twice regarding my Suzuki Vitara. The first call was on Saturday, November 22, 2025, to inquire about the cost of a major service. The lady I spoke with from the service department seemed impatient and appeared eager to end the call quickly. Today, on November 24, 2025, I called again to check if my Vitara had a cambelt service. After being put on hold, I was asked whether I had a Brezza or a Vitara. When I confirmed it was a Vitara, I was told, rather impatiently, that my vehicle has a timing chain. The call ended shortly after that.

I purchased a new Fronx in July this year. Only good thing that came out of it was Garth, excellent sales person. Part from that, I only had bad experiences. Service department customer care is horrible. Communication between technicians and service staff I find are bad. My car was in 3 separate times for 3 different durations for a defect that was picked up in the first few weeks. The problem is still there and additionally, while my car was in they caused cosmetic damage and tried to hide, by polishing the damage out. Too bad their polishing skills are also bad and I noticed the damage. Note I did tell them to fix the cosmetic damage, but unfortunately the damage is still visible after they tried whatever they did. So this case is at you know who. As here I sit with a defect and damage I didn't cause, and they sit there with my money. I do not recommend this dealer, especially for their service, service department and repairs.

Writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Suzuki Centurion. Took my car in this morning for service, I then received a call around 12:55 to collect, I arrived at 13:30. I was then met and told by the service advisor that the car was still being washed. When I enquired how long it would take , she responded to say she “doesn’t know” , and proceeded to ask if I was happy to take it as it is. I agreed and waited again for the car to come. After getting my keys, I went to the car. To my suprise , it was not touched, it was extremely dirty, so she **** about it being washed, they were no plans to wash it. The service advisor, Sheryl was so nonchalant and unapologetic throughout the process. I know Suzuki is a cheap brand and they don’t provide the same level of competence, professionalism or worth ethic that we get from the other car brands. That being said you still need to have some pride in your work. Why would you tell a customer their car is ready when it hasn’t even been washed?? Also not apologise and still expect them to wait for you to wash it? It’s disgusting and it’s not the first time I get bad service but im just shocked at how “normal” it is in that branch. I have seen many more reviews like this, I wish I had checked before so I can take my car elsewhere, I honestly even doubt the mechanical work done on the car was actually done . These people can’t even wash a car and expect you to believe they did some technical work?

I took my Suzuki Swift to Suzuki Centurion on the 14 May 2025 for a fault. After two days got my car back. On the 25 August 2025 I book my car again and also ask them to service my car. My service book got lost by them. After a week I got a new book . According to Suzuki Centurion my battery was faulty. The next day I went to Midas where I bought the battery and battery test 100% . Midas said they need the faulty report to replace the battery from Suzuki Centurion. The next day I went back and Suzuki Centurion and they test the battery also 100%. On the 10 September 2025 took my car back . Another two days got my car back and they said it’s now 100% . On the 11 September 2025 I went to Suzuki Centurion and once again complain about the fault. Spoke to the service manager and he took my car to workshop and then the manager said it’s the coil of stater. I book my car again on the 23 September 2025 and today the 25 September 2025 I phone Suzuki Centurion and complain and send a male to Rico . He reply and confirm that they will replace the starter as my car still on warranty. I spend about R508 rand aan Uber because of this

Took my car for service. Signed papers before leaving and they called me to tell me that the system shows that I'm renting the car. I asked why would the system show that when this is my car and she said she doesn't know. Then she asked for my ID and address and I figured that's why she felt she should lie instead of telling me she forgot to take my ID and address. Then this morning I'm opening my cubby hole and my things are wet including the service receipt they gave me because they left oil in the cubby hole. How did oil even get there? The oil has no smell and it's clear. My mistake was not checking the car before I left because I was driving back to work but I trusted them as a service centre. Never again. I need to find another service centre even if it's far from where I live.

If I could give a -10 stars I would. Tried using the website to book a service, nothing happened, tried a few times before I decided to call to get a service booked for my vehicle, was informed I will be called back. Never heard a thing. A week went past, and still nothing. Really disappointed. Ended up going to another Suzuki in MENLYN to get help. AND STILL haven't heard a thing from them, a MONTH LATER
