On the 29th of November I ordered from a restaurant called Prism Pavillion on Uber eats, they had buy 1 get 1 free specials on ribs burgers etc. ok ordering it was required that you add your number before ordering since delivery was done by the restaurant. I ordered and paid, the order did not arrive, I tried to cancel but the system refused, I requested help but support said I should try call the restaurant, the number went to voicemail. So basically Uber eats does not do due diligence on their merchants, their system is also flawed as the merchant can manipulate it to not give any information to Ubereats. Then they refused to refund me. It’s really disappointing, my days on ubereats are done.
Writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Suzuki Centurion. Took my car in this morning for service, I then received a call around 12:55 to collect, I arrived at 13:30. I was then met and told by the service advisor that the car was still being washed. When I enquired how long it would take , she responded to say she “doesn’t know” , and proceeded to ask if I was happy to take it as it is. I agreed and waited again for the car to come. After getting my keys, I went to the car. To my suprise , it was not touched, it was extremely dirty, so she **** about it being washed, they were no plans to wash it. The service advisor, Sheryl was so nonchalant and unapologetic throughout the process. I know Suzuki is a cheap brand and they don’t provide the same level of competence, professionalism or worth ethic that we get from the other car brands. That being said you still need to have some pride in your work. Why would you tell a customer their car is ready when it hasn’t even been washed?? Also not apologise and still expect them to wait for you to wash it? It’s disgusting and it’s not the first time I get bad service but im just shocked at how “normal” it is in that branch. I have seen many more reviews like this, I wish I had checked before so I can take my car elsewhere, I honestly even doubt the mechanical work done on the car was actually done . These people can’t even wash a car and expect you to believe they did some technical work?
I had the worst experience at Suzuki Centurion,l. I took my car in for service this morning, I received a call at 12:55 to come collect the car, I arrived around 13:30. On my arrival, the service advisor Sheryl informed me the car is being washed. When I enquired how long it would take , she said she “did not know” and then proceeded to ask if I was okay for them to bring it out dirty. I then said it’s alright. To my suprise the car was not even touched. My concern is why I was called when the car was not ready? Also the lack of professionalism of the service advisor was shocking. She was nonchalant and did not apologise for the fact that I picked up a dirty car , this means she didn’t bother to inspecting the car before calling. I know Suzuki is cheap brand, but honestly take some pride in your work. I have serviced at Mercedes and VW, never had this experience. I also note the amount of complaints around this same issue trending on the internet. I assume mine will also be ignored by Suzuki Centurion, but at-least other clients will know where not to take their cars.
Midcity Utilities is honestly the pits. Like if you are developer or a body corporate looking to outsource your electricity to an intermediary, please do not for go this one. Try any other one but Midcity. They have had no network all week, meaning if you purchase units on their own app , it does not feed to the meter. I have called them all day n they keep telling me they have dispatched a technician but it’s been 2 days.The government has provided electricity bountifully for the month, but we are out of electricity. We have bought units but it’s not going through to the meter. They keep sending out communication that basically says nothing. I honestly will never recommend them to anyone. I have lived here for 3 years n every year we have multiple issues. If it’s not them owing the city, it’s them overcharging us or being offline. That’s just a few. It’s really a sad state of affairs. To whom it may concern I’m deeply concerned with the lack of controls in Nedbanks banking structure. My dad is a pensioner who is now a victim of ***** through his Nedbank account. There were Uber eats 2 transactions that went through his account today. He has never had an Uber eats account so it’s definitely not purchases made from his end. My understanding is that a bank account payments should be authenticated via app or sms . As stated he is a pensioner and having to wait for the bank to investigate it for 4 weeks puts him in an awkward financial position. He has bills to pay and must still survive the month, the eta is honestly too long. Nedbank needs to do better.
To be honest 1 star is already too much for Midcity Utilities. We were notified by Midcity that our meter is faulty somewhere mid around Mid April 2023 as it is no longer pre-paid and is rather post paid as it allows us to go into a credit. We were in a credit position when we got the new meter, when we bought units for it, it settled the credit from the previous meter first. This was cool and expected as we had used those units. Now when statements are issued they are making us pay again for the units that were in credit. Our bill for the month is 3 times what we normally pay. I emailed a lady by the name of Nolwazi, she responded to tell me its for the credits, when I explained we already paid the credits, she stopped responding. I will be reporting this to the body corporate as well as Midcity is only used by one complex in our Estate and the rest use another provider and never have issues. With Midcity it's one issue after the next. I urge anyone who sees this post to never buy or lease in a complex serviced by Midcity, I have a list of all their antics, but this one does not sit well with me. They are also rude when you call and if I don't pay, they will send a letter of demand for which they charge around R300. Regards Extremely horrified client
In the past 48 hours I have called Cell Cs call centre 7 times requesting a copy of a contract I took last year. The device is faulty so the manufacture needs the contract details before fixing. I have been told the team leader is sending the contract on all seven calls. I still don’t have it so I’m stuck using someone else’s device at the mall waiting for the contract. Honestly I have never had this experience with Voda com or Mtn or any other call centre, it’s like they have to promise you they will send it just to get you off the line, I am definitely not upgrading when my contact it ends, The service is horrible
Sanlam must have the worst call centre amongst the financial services companies. Sanlam incorrectly debited my account twice and I requested a refund over a week ago. I called in and they confirmed it was authorised and would reflect in my within 48hours, its been a week. Now when I call, I keep getting passed around to different teams, now suddenly no one can assist. Also, sometimes when they answer, you can hear the agent having a different convo or sounds in the background yet they are not talking to you, I end up hanging up because the call is on but the person is clearly ignoring it. It's really sad, I wish I was not their customer, I now applaud the other institutions, I have never had such an experience.
I ordered a combo set from VK Innovations 3 weeks ago, they promised me it will arrive in 2-5 days and nothing has arrived. I followed up and was told my order was delivered to the wrong address and they were struggling to retrieve it. Since then I must have called over 20times and each time they claim someone will call me back,no one has called. It looks like they have now blocked me. I think they are a scam, it looks like they started out running a legit business but now have resorted to scamming people as I have read comments and there are people like me who paid but didn't receive their orders.
Hi Guys I have been waiting for my combo order for weeks. They claim their courier delivered it to the wrong address but when I called the courier it sounds like it is owned by one company. They are now ignoring my watsapp calls and each time I call they keep taking my number and claiming someone will call me back.
