I took my Suzuki Swift to Suzuki Centurion on the 14 May 2025 for a fault. After two days got my car back. On the 25 August 2025 I book my car again and also ask them to service my car. My service book got lost by them. After a week I got a new book . According to Suzuki Centurion my battery was faulty. The next day I went to Midas where I bought the battery and battery test 100% . Midas said they need the faulty report to replace the battery from Suzuki Centurion. The next day I went back and Suzuki Centurion and they test the battery also 100%. On the 10 September 2025 took my car back . Another two days got my car back and they said it’s now 100% . On the 11 September 2025 I went to Suzuki Centurion and once again complain about the fault. Spoke to the service manager and he took my car to workshop and then the manager said it’s the coil of stater. I book my car again on the 23 September 2025 and today the 25 September 2025 I phone Suzuki Centurion and complain and send a male to Rico . He reply and confirm that they will replace the starter as my car still on warranty. I spend about R508 rand aan Uber because of this
