Bad Response
Terrible Service...I purchased a Suzuki s presso and after a year the gearbox was make an unusual noise...Took vehicle in for the last 30 000km free service and ask them to have a look at why the vehicle's gearbox is making a noise when I change down in gear before stopping at a stop street. Well a week later I get a phone call to fetch the vehicle which I promptly did and found the vehicle had been scratch all over, quiet badly. It has been a few months now and still no response from them regards to the CCTV footage they were supposed to have a look at to determined what happened. On the day I fetched and returned the vehicle, I assume there service manager, response was I park the vehicle at my own risk, so I guess that is that... be careful on these people. I personally will rather purchase a vehicle and have it serviced and repaired in another town than at these people!

What a disappointment
I am so disappointed with the shocking service I experienced from Suzuki East London. Took them 6 days to tell me that my battery was flat. I will sell my car rather than go back to that service department.

What a disappointment
