I service my Suzuki S-Presso At Penta Suzuki Menlyn the 29/03/2025 first the was n problem with my booking I phone on Thursday the 27/03/2025 and then they tell me I have no booking after a while they found me booking and said if I did not phone that day then I could not service my car but it is sorted
when i arrived on the Saturday the 29/03/2025 they said there no body in the wash bay so they can't wash me car at the end of service so i received my car dirty after the service
and 9 o'clock they said my car is done I can came and collect it I arrived there 10 o'clock and they was still busy with the paper so still waiting 30 min before I could go the phone me Monday the 31/03/2025 and tell them i am not happy and since then until now 2 weeks later no response so I will newer service my car there again or refer somebody to Penta Suzuki Menlyn
