Suzuki Menlyn is the worst place I’ve ever had my car serviced.
I made a booking and specifically asked them to check the air conditioning as it was no longer cooling. When I dropped the car off at 07:30, I again reminded them to check the aircon.
By 14:30 I had not heard anything, so I contacted them myself. The lady I spoke to was very annoyed with me and said they hadn’t even started the service yet.
At 16:05 I received a call saying the car would be ready by 16:30. When I asked about the aircon, the same very rude lady told me it needs to be re-gassed. I then asked if they would be doing that, and she said no — they didn’t have time.
