Since my dad passed away in June 2021 we must pay municapality R5000 each month we are sure there are something wrong in the dep. Because no one can afford that my mother is a pensioner and we can't afford that why are we paying that much is ore that a new purchacing of a house something is wrong at swarland municipality we sure $##%%# or something.
