Bad and unprofessional experience

Do not ever buy a gift voucher online from this company. When I phoned to book an appointment as per my gift voucher received for R350, I was told a person with the name "Cindy" already redeemed the voucher. I don't know anyone with the name Cindy and then I requested them to interrogate whether they made a mistake with using the wrong voucher number for this person or perhaps issued one voucher number for two people. They only came back and say, sorry, but the voucher has expired, with a expiry date which appeared incorrectly on my voucher as "04/101/2023". Is it now the month Jan or Oct? Anyway, I again pointed out that the mistake on the voucher is their's and not mine and they should allow me to use my voucher. They then came back to say sorry, but they cannot help me, the voucher has been redeemed, and now all of a sudden they don't have details of the person who redeemed the voucher. They must have forgotten that they told me on the first day I tried to book my appointment, that a Cindy redeemed the voucher on the 12th of December 2022. How terrible and unprofessional experience this was.
