I was rudely screamed at by a bp in ramsgate on the south main road garage (Mr Duplooy)becauae i lost mobey in his store and requested camera footage whilst on vacation.what a terrible person

I stopped at sweet treats to purchase airtime and a slush,only to be told that airtime needs to be purchased in cash.I didn't have cash and the ATM was far away.i told them to swipe my card for the slush,I was so thirsty.I had started drinking it as soon as my card said pin correct.swiped my card twice only to call the manager to say there was a problem with the machine.The cashier had said the previous customer had to pay cash.The manager tried my card 5 times,I had then given him another card to try .He had rebooted and kept trying my card.he gave back my card I told him that I had wouldn't be able to withdraw now as I could have my card retained because of how many times he tried it,he then told me it was their machine that was faulty.i told him my boyfriend will withdraw the money and come pay it,I'm going to take a seat across entrance,he told me to leave the slush as my boyfriend needs to pay.the slush melted by the time we paid.i told them it's melted.he just stared I told him to keep it.he never apologized or offered to give me another 1 as it was there fault and they didn't have a sign, it wasn't the first time that their machines were faulty,i wasted more then 15 mins!!!
