<p>After receiving a Data depleted SMS ,I try to load in Data to be responded Insufficient funds (I have more then enough funds).This has been going on for the past 3-4 months when recharging my data.Having to call the call centre which takes a long time to be loaded by the time the consultant figures out what the issue is ,always without an apology! Without have received an sms to say my data is below 15 mb this time.I called in to call centre to be told "I also cannot load you data ,I will you through to technical support" ,technical support tells me "you will recieve response in 48 working hours" 48 working hours!!!! for me to have data on my cell.The consultant tells me "What do you expect me to do,you can complain if you want to"How rude no apology , no Ethics at all I was on this call for +- 20 Minutes of my working time.the ref number is SD521889,previous to this. . . my sim always had no signal only for me to figure out that my sim is faulty and had to do a sim swap,My sim isnt even 2 years old,My husband data sim had the same problem and he paid R50 just to do a sim swap for something that was Cell c error.We are definately changing networks.Fedup with pathetic service . . .Rude and incompetant consultant and exhorbitant fees.</p>
I get a call at my work place from a lady doing account for game RCS. She was rude and didn't have any of her information correct i have been constantly corresponding with game contact center and informed them in January that i am in financial constraint and would like a payment plan .They have agreed and i have been making payment since then as promised so you can understand my shock when i get a call of harassment at work stating that i never spoke to any consultant and there is no record what so ever on my file.I ask her why she hasn't called me on my cell as i am busy at work.She states that she has called me and left a message a few minutes ago .I tell her that my phone is right here in front of me she then says i have given the wrong number.Keep in mind i get statements from game .I told her that it is a inconvenient time and at my work place its not private if she could call me on my cell and she responds saying no she cannot call me and there is a charge of R19 a call.I am in a room full of colleagues and she keeps arguing with me saying who gave me a payment plan and claims that i am lying!!!what a ridiculous way to go about business.I work in account this is ridiculous !
I stopped at sweet treats to purchase airtime and a slush,only to be told that airtime needs to be purchased in cash.I didn't have cash and the ATM was far away.i told them to swipe my card for the slush,I was so thirsty.I had started drinking it as soon as my card said pin correct.swiped my card twice only to call the manager to say there was a problem with the machine.The cashier had said the previous customer had to pay cash.The manager tried my card 5 times,I had then given him another card to try .He had rebooted and kept trying my card.he gave back my card I told him that I had wouldn't be able to withdraw now as I could have my card retained because of how many times he tried it,he then told me it was their machine that was faulty.i told him my boyfriend will withdraw the money and come pay it,I'm going to take a seat across entrance,he told me to leave the slush as my boyfriend needs to pay.the slush melted by the time we paid.i told them it's melted.he just stared I told him to keep it.he never apologized or offered to give me another 1 as it was there fault and they didn't have a sign, it wasn't the first time that their machines were faulty,i wasted more then 15 mins!!!
Regular customers of panarottis gateway.On valentines day gateway was very busy so we had put our name on a waiting list just to get a seat in 1 of our favorite restaurants.once in we ordered a pizza and an Alfredo pasta ,i normally order the chicken but i asked the waiter if beef was available as i don't eat pork only chicken and beef,the waiter had advised me that it is and then i had ordered a beef Alfredo pasta,once our meals arrived after tucking in i wasn't feeling so good and it didn't taste right .my boyfriend had checked my meal and said it was pork as he eats pork and plus the meat was pink and beef is not pink meat.I called the waiter and the he was confused at first then insisted it was beef,the manager came to us and also insisted that it was beef and the reason the meat was pink was because it was processed meat.No where was it written that processed beef was similar to pork! i know the difference because i don't eat pork yet the manager and waiter insisted that the pink meat was beef which was ridiculous ,my boyfriend and i where very upset that our special night was ruined ,then the manager speaks to the waiters in Zulu like we don't understand,Appalling
